The breakfast was a showstopper – I swear I could have danced with the pancakes! Plus, the free parking and spruced-up grounds made it feel like a cozy oasis. Nothing beats being close to ND campus for those game days!

Word to the wise, bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The road noise had me tossing and turning! Also, those courtyard lights could use some blackout curtains for a solid snooze.

This hotel was just a good match for spending a night in South Bend with best value for money ratio. The breakfast tasted real and was surprisingly good compared to most places. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Visiting this quaint spot for a family trip to Notre Dame was fantastic! The location was perfect for getting to the campus easily, and the spacious rooms were great for our little ones. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast with ample choices that kept our energy up for the day. A nice touch was the free parking and freshly baked cookies in the lobby!

In my wife’s opinion, the play area for kids could use some improvement.
